Mercure Fatima

Perfect room cleanliness and comfortable beds.

I faced some significant issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly managed, which resulted in long waiting times that severely hampered my experience. The breakfast service was particularly frustrating, as there was no proper buffet setup and only a limited selection served awkwardly by the staff.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean, everything is very good. The staff is super-friendly and extremely polite and the food is fab. The double room is stylish and tidy. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. Great and stunning location as it is next to a sanctuary and a church.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk to the Sanctuary. The room was modern and well-kept, and the staff demonstrated really good hospitality, always attentive and friendly.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was great and stunning next to the Mercure after shopping around for Fatima hotels on Booking and church. I booked an a double room with a mini bar, satellite television and climate control. Food was EXCELLENT and I have nothing but very delightful memories from this trip.

The hotel's proximity to the Sanctuary of Fatima ensured that I could easily attend the events without any hassle, making my stay more meaningful.

The coffee provided in the room could be better, as the quality did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Mercure is ideally located within walking distance to the Church. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was served buffet-style at the table, with a variety of fruits, breads, and traditional dishes, all of which contributed to a good start to the day. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend in Fatima with value for money. The breakfast was simple, but the fresh fruit selection was great. Make sure to explore the nearby shops for snacks and essentials.

My stay was highlighted by easy walks to must-see spots like the basilica of the holy trinity and the chapel of the apparitions, both less than 500 meters away, made my weekend strolls enjoyable.

The room layout felt cramped with limited space for luggage, and the semi-transparent bathroom door provided little privacy, which may not suit everyone. Some amenities appeared outdated, detracting from the otherwise comfortable experience.
